Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at zenanimewear@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they will already be in production.

 

Refund

As much as we strive for your satisfaction, please note that due to the nature of screen-printed items from our supplier, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer two alternatives for resolution: store credit or a full refund, subject to specific conditions.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the following situations:

  1. Wrong Size: If you ordered an item but it was the wrong size.
  2. Quality Concerns: If you encounter any issues with the quality or print of the screen-printed item, we will issue store credit to your account.
  3. Fulfillment Errors: In the event of errors made during fulfillment or if the received item differs significantly from what was ordered, store credit will be provided.

Full Refund: A full refund will be given under the following circumstances:

  1. Defective Items: Should you receive a screen-printed item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, a full refund will be processed.
  2. Unavailability of Exchangeable Items: If the item you received is no longer in stock or available for exchange, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will be processed in 3-5 business days, while store credit will be provided in the form of a code you will input at checkout.

Conditions for Both Options:

  • Contact our customer service at  zenanimewear@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues.
  • Ensure you provide a description of the issue and your order number. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or wrongly fulfilled items.
