Refund policy

Every Zen Anime Wear piece is printed on demand, just for you. That keeps our designs fresh and our waste low, and it also shapes how returns work. Here is the short version, then the details.

The short version

  • Misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong item? We send a free replacement or a full refund. Report it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Wrong size? We reprint your design in the right size for 50% off. Ask within 30 days of delivery.
  • Changed your mind? Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
  • Lost package? We reship it at no cost once the carrier confirms it is lost or tracking has not moved for 15 business days.

Order cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change your order (size, color, address) within 12 hours of placing it by emailing zenanimewear@gmail.com. After 12 hours your item is usually already in production and cannot be cancelled.

Misprints, damage, defects and wrong items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Wrong size

Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If the fit is not right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint the same design in your new size at 50% off. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Lost, stolen or returned packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship it free. Packages marked delivered but not received should be reported to the carrier first; we will help with the claim. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can reship it once the new shipping cost is paid.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
