Production and Processing Time:

At Zen Anime, we use Printify as our dropshipping partner for all of our products. The average production time for our products is three days, but this can vary depending on the item you've purchased and the volume of orders we're currently processing. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99. Keep an eye out for any specials or promos where this is waived! 

Delivery Timeframe:

Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after production is complete. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates may be higher than domestic rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. However, we'll cover that cost for you here at Zen Anime and your shipping charges will remain at $4.99!  Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after production is complete. 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package and monitor its delivery status.
