Shipping policy

Every item is printed on demand by our production partners in the United States, then shipped straight to you.
Production time
Most orders are printed in 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays, production can take a few days longer.
Delivery time
- United States: 3 to 7 business days after production (about 5 to 12 business days total).
- Canada, UK, EU, Australia and other countries: usually 7 to 20 business days after production.
- Accessories from our partner suppliers (for example bowls, chopsticks and socks) may ship separately and can take 5 to 11 business days to the US.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather and customs.
Shipping rates
- Free US shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- US orders under $100: shipping starts at $4.90. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
- International: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Multiple items
If you order several items they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. The full shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Tracking
You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Email us within 12 hours if you need to change it.
