Inspired by Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist. Roy Mustang, the Flame Alchemist, can torch a battlefield with a snap, unless it is raining, in which case Riza Hawkeye reminds him he is useless. It is one of the show's best running jokes. The kanji for rain with flame-alchemy wording is a gentle roast for the Colonel.
Japanese: 雨 (ame), meaning rain. A quiet nod that fans catch right away and everyone else just reads as good design.
Small front chest print plus a large back print. Comfort Colors 6014 garment-dyed long sleeve tee: 100% ring-spun cotton, soft washed feel, relaxed fit. Built for fall layering. Size up for an oversized look. No faces or figures, just clean, quiet design. Printed on demand in the USA.
Original fan-inspired design. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio or publisher.
